TOWS analysis is a strategic planning tool that complements the traditional SWOT analysis by correlating the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing a business, and by using this information to develop strategic alternatives and action plans. It helps organizations develop actionable strategies that leverage their strengths and opportunities while mitigating their weaknesses and threats.
